Elise Rain serves as Founder and CEO of Reign One Media Group, providing the vision, leadership, and strategic direction that drives the organization. Her responsibilities include brand development, content creation, organizational growth, partnership cultivation, talent development, community engagement, and executive oversight.

Through her leadership, Reign One Media Group continues to create platforms where entertainment, business, culture, and community converge to inspire progress, opportunity, and impact.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER & EXECUTIVE PRODUCER

Been Lee serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Producer, contributing strategic planning, creative collaboration, business development initiatives, sponsorship opportunities, revenue-growth strategies, and long-term expansion planning.

His leadership supports organizational sustainability while helping strengthen partnerships, programming, and national growth opportunities.
